摘  要:为充分利用当地农业废弃物水稻秸秆,以南粳46水稻秸秆为原料,用氧化还原的处理方法,通过光学表征、红外光谱、微观形貌及元素分析来研究不同浓度硝酸银溶液对纳米银颗粒生成的影响,用热重分析法和抑菌环法测试了薄片的主要性能,探索氧化还原法制备纳米银颗粒在水稻秸秆纤维上的应用。结果表明:氧化还原法在水稻秸秆纤维上较好地负载上纳米银颗粒,具备一定的抑菌效果,不同浓度的硝酸银溶液对纳米银颗粒的粒径和分布影响明显,硝酸银浓度为40mmol/L时纳米银颗粒负载和抑菌效果最佳。In order to make the utmost utilization of agricultural wastes rice straws, using Nanjing46 rice straws as raw materials, one kind of anti-bacterial sheet was prepared by oxidation reduction method.The influence of different concentrations of silver nitrate solution on the generation of silver nanoparticles was investigated by optical characterization, FT-IR,CF-SEM and EDS.The main properties of the sheet were tested by thermogravimetric analysis and inhibition zone method.To generate silver nanoparticles on the straw rice fibers by oxidation reduction method was explored.The results indicated that the silver nanoparticles loaded on the rice straw fibers by oxidation reduction process, which had a certain anti-bacterial effect.The concentration of silver nitrate solution impacted the particle size and distribution of silver nanoparticles obviously and it achieved optimal loading and antibacterial effect when the concentration of silver nitrate solution was 40mmol/L.
