摘　　要：视力对健康和生活质量尤为重要。眼部疾病可造成视力下降甚至失明,严重影响工作、学习和生活质量。许多疾病都不同程度地受性别、性激素等生物学因素及文化、行为、感知等社会因素影响。常见的眼部疾病如干眼症、糖尿病视网膜病变、角膜、晶体及屈光改变、青光眼、葡萄膜炎、高血压视网膜病变等,严重影响女性眼健康。女性特殊生理时期,如月经、妊娠和更年期等,也会加速、加重眼部疾病的发展,造成视力下降甚至失明,威胁母婴安全,影响女性的眼健康和生活质量。只有充分了解性别及特殊生理时期在眼部疾病及眼健康中的差异和原因,才能为女性眼病患者在诊断、预防和治疗等方面提供更具针对性、个性化的医疗服务,以不断提高女性的眼健康及生活质量。Vision is particularly important for health and quality of life.Eye diseases can cause vision loss or even blindness,which seriously affects work,study and the quality of life.Many diseases are affected to varying degrees by biological factors such as gender,sex hormones and social factors such as culture,behavior and perception.Common eye diseases such as dry eye,diabetic retinopathy,cornea,lens and refractive changes,glaucoma,uveitis,hypertension retinopathy,seriously affect the eye health of women.Special physiological period of women,such as menstruation,pregnancy and menopause,can also accelerate and aggravate the development of eye diseases,resulting in vision loss and even blindness,threatening the safety of mothers and children,and affecting women’s eye health and quality of life.Only by fully understanding the differences and causes of gender and special physiological periods in eye diseases and eye health can we provide more targeted and personalized medical services for female patients in the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of eye diseases,so as to constantly i mprove the eye health and quality of life of women.
