摘  要:手性1-苯基-2-丙炔醇(酯)是合成精细有机化学品的重要中间体,在医药、农药和化工等领域有着广泛的应用。研究表明,脂肪酶CAL-B固定化于聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯功能化活性炭,获得的颗粒状固定化脂肪酶在有机溶剂中能够高选择地催化(R,S)-1-苯基-2-丙炔醇发生转酯化拆分反应,(S)-1-苯基-2-丙炔醇的对映体过量值(ees)和(R)-1-苯基-2-丙炔醇乙酸酯的对映体过量值(eep)均达到99%,同时获得了高光学纯度的手性醇及其乙酸酯,固定化酶呈现出优异的催化活性和对映体选择性。Enantiomerically pure alcohols and esters are important intermediates for synthesizing fine organic chemicals and widely used in the pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and chemical engineering. Poly glycidyl methacrylate was coated onto the surface of activated carbon to achieve cheap inorganic support(PGMA-AC) with the epoxy groups. The immobilized lipase CAL-B onto the functionalized activated carbon support PGMA-AC was used catalyzing transesterification resolution of(R,S)-1-phenyl-2-propyn-1-ol. As a result, the enantiomeric excess(ees) of(S)-1-phenyl-2-propyn-1-ol and enantiomeric excess(eep) of(R)-1-phenyl-2-propyn-1-ol acetate were up to 99% as reaction time was 12 h, which meant that the chiral alcohol and ester with high optical purity were achieved simultaneously. It was found that the catalytic activity and enantioselectivity of lipase CAL-B immobilized onto the functionalized activated carbon displayed high reactivity and enantioselectivity.
