摘 要:采用聚醚类破乳剂分离焦油氨水,考察了破乳剂种类、破乳剂投加量、破乳时间对破乳后上清液的含油量、COD值以及悬浮物含量的影响,并揭示破乳机理。结果表明:当破乳剂PFA8311的投加量为500 mg/L、破乳时间为24 h时,焦油氨水分层明显,上层澄清透明,下层为黑色焦油。与未处理焦油氨水相比,焦油去除率为93.72%;COD去除率为56.71%;悬浮物去除率为98.39%。PFA8311分子吸附到油水界面,顶替天然乳化剂,实现破乳。Polyether demulsifiers were used to separate tar and ammonia.The effects of demulsifier types,dosage of demulsifier and demulsification time on oil content,COD value and suspended solids content were investigated,and the mechanism of emulsion breaking was revealed.The results showed that the tar ammonia liquor was obviously stratified,the upper layer was clear and transparent,and the lower layer was black tar by using 500 mg/L of PFA8311 to demulsify in 24 h.Comparing with the oil,COD and suspended solids contents in untreated tar and ammonia liquor,the removal rate of tar,COD and suspended solids removal rate was 93.72%,56.71%and 98.39%,respectively.PFA8311 molecules adsorbed to the oil-water interface,replacing the natural emulsifier,and achieving demulsification.
