摘  要:以烟酰胺、虾青素、传明酸、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁及美白多肽等为原料制备美白面膜。通过试用测试筛选出较优的2款面膜布,并用于进一步的试用测试。对添加不同美白活性物的样品进行酪氨酸酶活性测试,较优组合为0.1%抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁+0.3%美白多肽对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率达92.4%,使用该面膜能有效起到美白效果。同时测试了生物活性虾青素添加量对面膜稳定性的影响,结果表明虾青素添加量为0.15%时面膜的稳定性良好。A whitening facial mask was prepared with nicotinamide, astaxanthin, tranexamic acid, magnesium ascorbate phosphate and whitening peptide as raw materials. Through trial testing, two better masks were selected and used for further trial testing. Serum tyrosinase activity of samples added with different Whitening activities was tested. The best combination was 0.1% magnesium ascorbate phosphate +0.3% whitening peptide rotection complex, the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity was 92.4%. This mask can effectively achieve whitening effect. At the same time, the effect of astaxanthin on the stability of the mask was tested. The results showed that the stability of the mask was good when the amount of astaxanthin was 0.15%.
