混合式教学法在生物制药专业药物分析课程中的应用

摘  要:药物分析课程对于保障药品质量安全和人民群众健康具有重大意义,该课程是我校生物制药专业的主干课程之一,其知识体系与药物化学、药理学等相关学科高度交叉,涉及的知识点众多,涵盖内容广泛,为提升药物分析课程教学效果,我们不断吸收最新的教研成果,悉心听取学生的意见反馈,在注重与其他相关学科交叉的基础上,努力结合社会热点,结合案例教学、问题式教学、翻转课堂、结构法教学等新教学方法,采用多种方式的混合式教学,同时加入了仿制药一致性评价等与社会热点高度相关的专业问题的讲解,同时适当地加入思政方面的内容,提高了学生的学习兴趣,从多方面促进了学生的综合能力的发展,显著地提高了教学效果,得到了学生的广泛好评,达到了立德树人的教学效果。Drug Analysis course is of great significance for ensuring the quality and safety of drugs and the health of the people. It is one of the main courses of Biopharmaceutical specialty of our school. Its knowledge system is highly overlapping with Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology and other related disciplines. It involves a lot of knowledge and covers a wide range of contents. In order to improve the teaching effect of the drug analysis course, the latest teaching and research achievements were constantly absorbed, and the feedback of students were carefully listened. On the basis of focusing on the intersection with other relevant disciplines, efforts were made to combine social hot spots, combined with new teaching methods such as case teaching, problem-based teaching, flipped classroom teaching, structural teaching, etc, and a variety of mixed teaching methods were adopted. At the same time, the explanations on professional issues highly related to social hot spots, such as generic drug consistency evaluation, were added. At the same time, ideological and political content was appropriately added to improve students’ interest in learning, it promoted the development of students’ comprehensive ability in many ways, significantly improved the teaching effect, and was widely praised by students, achieving the teaching effect of establishing morality and cultivating people.
