摘 要:为了分析月季密码子使用偏好性及其成因,对月季1794个注释基因的密码子进行研究,结果表明:月季密码子的平均CAI含量为19%,平均GC3s含量为27.2%,平均ENC含量为52.8%,基因密码子第3位偏好使用A、T碱基,密码子的使用偏好性较弱。ENC-plot和PR2-plot分析表明月季密码子偏好性除了受中性突变影响外,还可能受如选择压力等因素影响。RSCU值分析显示月季37个高表达优越密码子中以A/U结尾的有24个,结合26个高频密码子最终确定18个最优密码子,其中15个以A/U结尾。该结果揭示了月季密码子的使用偏好性,为研究月季密码子的使用模式及月季经济性状的遗传改良提供参考。In order to analyze the codon usage bias of Chinese rose and its causes,the codon of 1794 annotated genes of Chinese rose was studied.The results showed that:The average CAI content of Chinese rose codon was 19%,the average GC3s content was 27.2%,and the average ENC content was 52.8%.The third position of the gene codon preferred to use A and T bases,and the use of codon was weak in Rose.The analysis of ENC-plot and PR2-plot showed that the codon bias of Chinese rose might be affected by factors such as selection pressure in addition to neutral mutation.RSCU analysis showed that 24 of the 37 high-expression superior codons ended in A/U,and 18 optimal codons were determined by combining 26 high-frequency codons,15 of which ended in A/U.The results revealed the preferential use of Chinese rose codon and provided reference for the study of the use pattern of Chinese rose codon and the genetic improvement of economic traits of Chinese rose.
