摘 要:气缸套是发动机中的重要零部件,离心铸造是气缸套生产的主要方式之一。为提高气缸套离心铸造效率,提出了设计一款多工位离心铸造机,其包括离心铸造机、回转机台、取件装置、运输装置以及填料装置等。离心铸造机固定于回转机台中心的周沿,取件装置和填料装置设置于回转机台旁,回转机台在驱动装置的带动下沿取件装置向填料装置的方向旋转。当回转机台上的某一离心铸造机完成铸造工作后运行至取件装置时,回转机台停止旋转运动,取件装置从该离心铸造机中取出气缸套。同时,回转机台旋转方向上的下一离心铸造机停留于填料机构处进行填料作业,当取件装置和填料装置的操作均完成后,回转机台恢复旋转,从而实现多工位自动化生产作业。Cylinder liner is an important component in engine,centrifugal casting is one of the main ways to produce cylinder liner.In order to improve the efficiency of cylinder liner centrifugal casting,a multi-position centrifugal casting machine was designed,which included centrifugal casting machine,rotary device,taking device,transport device and packing device.The centrifugal casting machine is fixed on the circumference of the center of the rotary device,and the part taking device and the packing device are arranged beside the rotary device.The rotary device is driven by the driving device to rotate along the taking device to the packing device.When a centrifugal casting machine finishes the casting work and runs to the part taking device,the rotary device stops rotating and the taking device takes out the cylinder liner from the centrifugal casting machine.At the same time,the next centrifugal casting machine in the rotation direction of the rotary device stays at the packing mechanism for packing operation.When the operations of the part taking device and the packing device are completed,the rotary device will resume rotation,so as to realize the automatic production of multi-position.
