摘 要:柴油发动机电控单元在电源模块、喷油驱动模块等部分,用到很多的型号和规格的MOS管。在设计和测试过程中,经常遇到因为MOS管设计不合理导致的一系列问题,例如MOS管开关功耗过大发热严重导致烧毁问题,MOS管开关过程中电压尖峰震荡导致的EMI问题等等。本文从MOS管的工作原理出发,介绍寄生电容电感等对MOS管开关过程和EMI的影响,及开关功耗和EMI的平衡问题。The electronic control unit of diesel engine uses many types and specifications of MOS tubes in the power module,fuel injection drive module and other parts.In the process of design and test,we often encounter a series of problems caused by the unreasonable design of MOS tubes,such as the burning problem caused by excessive power consumption and serious heating of MOS tubes,EMI problem caused by voltage spike shock in the process of MOS tubes switching and so on.Starting from the working principle of MOS tube,this paper introduces the influence of parasitic capacitance and inductance on the switching process and EMI of MOS tube,as well as the balance between switching power consumption and EMI.
