摘　　要：本文通过使用DYNAFORM软件对螺母板冲压件进行数字化模拟计算坯料展开尺寸并进行排样设计,以达到保证材料利用率和缩短模具设计周期的目的,同时设计了螺母板冲压件的冲孔落料复合模与弯曲模。In this paper,through the use of DYNAFORM software to simulate the nut plate stamping parts,calculate the blank development size and layout design,in order to ensure the material utilization rate and shorten the design cycle of the die,and design the compound die structure of the nut plate stamping parts.
