摘　　要：机车车辆车轴专用量具种类及其标准较多,这些标准已不能满足当前车轴质量控制要求。为此,对4项机车车辆车轴专用量具标准进行整合修订,形成TB/T 3576—2022《机车车辆车轴专用量具》。介绍标准修订背景、修订原则和依据,详细说明主要修订内容,并对标准实施提出建议,以便检验人员正确选用量具,熟练掌握操作方法,提高检验准确性和检验效率,有效控制机车车辆车轴质量。There are many types and standards of special measuring tools for axles of rolling stock,and these standards can no longer meet the current axle quality control requirements.To this end,four standards for special measuring tools for axles of rolling stock have been integrated and revised to form TB/T 3576—2022 Special measuring tools for axles of rolling stock.This paper introduces the revision background,principles and basis of TB/T 3576—2022,describes the main revision contents in detail,and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of the standard,so that inspectors can correctly select measuring tools,expertly master operation methods,improve the accuracy and efficiency of inspection,and effectively control the quality of rolling stock axles.
