摘  要:针对配属于中国铁路西安局集团有限公司安康机务段的HXD2型机车在提速后出现车轮踏面剥离激增的现象,对车轮踏面剥离问题进行统计,分析剥离产生原因,提出优化调整粘着控制算法软件的应对措施,并在西康线上开展粘着试验。试验结果表明,优化调整后的软件能够减少车轮空转和滑行现象的发生,从而达到降低车轮剥离损伤的目的。In view of the sharp increase of wheel tread peeling phenomenon of HXD2 locomotive equipped with Ankang Locomotive Depot of China Railway Xi’an Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.after the increase of operation speed,the problem of wheel tread peeling is statistically analyzed,the causes of peeling are analyzed,the countermeasures of optimizing and adjusting the software of adhesion control algorithm are put forward,and the adhesion test was carried out on the Xi’an-Ankang line.The test results show that the software of optimizing and adjusting can reduce the wheel idling and sliding phenomenon,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the wheel peeling damage.
