摘 要:针对叠合楼板在工程应用中出现的问题,提出一种新型预应力夹心叠合楼板,并给出楼板相关节点及构造做法。开展了基于本预应力夹心叠合楼盖的全尺寸子结构试验,并对其变形特征、裂缝分布和破坏形态进行了分析。试验结果表明预应力的存在提高了楼板的抗裂性能;楼板破坏时的裂缝分布及破坏形态表明其具有双向受力的特性;楼板破坏时塑性铰线并非45°分布。试验结果及有限元分析均表明叠合楼板双向刚度存在差异。给出了考虑楼板刚度影响的单双向板划分界限及周边支撑梁内力调整方法。将该方法应用于采用本新型叠合楼板的项目中,取得了良好的应用效果。Specific to the problems in the engineering application of the composite slab, a new type of prestressed sandwich composite slab is proposed, and the relevant nodes of the slab and structure methods are also given. The full-size substructure test based on this prestressed sandwich composite slab is carried out, and its deformation characteristics, crack distribution and failure mode are analyzed. The test results show that the existence of prestress improves the crack resistance of the slab. The crack distribution during the slab failure and failure pattern indicate that it has bidirectional mechanical behavior. When the slab damaged, its plastic hinge line is not distribution in 45°. The test results and the finite element analysis show there are differences in the bidirectional stiffness of composite slab. The boundary between single and bidirectional composite slab under considering the influence of the slab stiffness and the adjustment method of internal force of surrounding supporting beams are given. This method is applied to the project using this new type of composite slab, and good performance of the application is obtained.
