摘  要:以南水北调配套工程某干渠输水管道工程穿越308国道地层工程为例,用幂率流体描述水平定向钻施工过程中孔底泥浆的流变特性,分析泥浆在孔底流动的最小需要泥浆压力;将FLAC模拟塑性区扩展到最大允许塑性区半径时的泥浆压力作为最大允许泥浆压力;并计算泥浆在输送过程中的损失压力,以此来推算施工中适宜的泵送泥浆压力。结果表明,输送损失的压力占泵送压力的比例较大,为回拖荷载的重要组成部分,不可忽略。最后结合实际工程对最小需要泥浆压力、最大允许泥浆压力及输送损失压力进行了计算,从而得到施工时适宜的泵送压力范围。Taking the project of a trunk canal water transmission pipeline project crossing the 308 national highway stratum in the South-to-North Water Diversion Supporting Project as an example, the rheological characteristics of the mud at the bottom of the hole during the construction of horizontal directional drilling are described by power rate fluid, and the minimum required mud pressure for the flow of mud at the bottom of the hole is analyzed. The mud pressure when the FLAC simulation plastic zone is extended to the radius of the maximum allowable plastic zone is taken as the maximum allowable mud pressure, and the mud in the process of conveying is calculated loss pressure in the process of mud delivery, which is used to derive the appropriate pumping mud pressure in construction. The results show that the pressure lost in conveying accounts for a large proportion of the pumping pressure, which is an important part of the back-dragging load and cannot be ignored. Finally, the minimum required mud pressure, the maximum allowable mud pressure and the conveying loss pressure were calculated in conjunction with the actual project to obtain the appropriate pumping pressure range for the construction.
