摘 要:目的:了解“双一流”建设背景下住培型研究生科研创新能力培养的现状调查与分析,以期为优化住培型研究生的科研创新能力培养体系建设提供参考。方法:选取广州医科大学附属第三医院2019-2021级住培型研究生138名为研究对象,采用网络问卷调查方法,评估“双一流”建设背景下住培型研究生的科研素质培养现状,对调查结果进行描述性统计分析。结果:138名住培型研究生中,65%(90/138)的住培型研究生认为攻读研究生的目的是顺利通过国家临床结业培训考核,对科研的积极性不高;仅有35%(48/138)的研究生目的是除了完成临床培训,想更多接受科研培训。58%(81/138)的研究生对科研创新自身主观能动性不足,主要来源于导师的指导督促;仅有42%(96/138)的研究生认为课题研究主要来源于自身的钻研。81%(112/138)研究生认为,学校对住培型研究生的科研能力要求较低,仅要求完成毕业论文,不要求发表论文。结论:在“双一流”建设背景下,为了培养住培型研究生科研创新能力,提高住培型研究生的主观能动性、强化导师的指导督促作用是一种可行策略。Objective:To investigate the current situation of the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability of residential postgraduate students under the background of“double first-class”construction,and provide a reference for optimizing the construction of scientific research and innovation ability training system of residential postgraduate students.Methods:138 grade 2019-2021 resident postgraduate students as the research objects in The 3rd Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.The online questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the current status of scientific research quality training of residential training postgraduate students under the background of“double first-class”construction.Descriptive statistical analysis of the survey were carried out.Results:Among the 138 resident postgraduate students,65%(90/138)of the resident postgraduate students believed that the purpose of pursuing postgraduate studies was to successfully pass the national clinical completion training assessment.Their enthusiasm for scientific research was not high.Only 35%(48/138)of graduate students wanted to receive more research training in addition to completing clinical training.58%(81/138)of graduate students lacked their subjective initiative for scientific research and innovation,mainly due to the guidance and supervision of supervisors.Only 42%(96/138)of graduate students believed that the research project was mainly derived from their own research.81%(112/138)of graduate students believed that the university had low requirements for the scientific research ability of resident graduate students with only requiring the completion of graduation thesis but not the publication of papers.Conclusions:Under the background of“Double First-class”construction,in order to cultivate the scientific research and innovation ability of resident graduate students,it is a feasible strategy to improve the motivation of scientific research amongresidential postgraduate students and strengthen the guidance and super
