摘 要:乡村绿色低碳可持续发展是实现国家双碳目标的重要支撑。相比于城市,乡村碳排放绝对水平较低而碳汇潜力较大,但乡村碳数据统计基础薄弱,其净零碳分析方法尚未形成统一共识,成为制约乡村碳中和导向下绿色低碳协同发展的瓶颈。以浙江某乡村为例,文章提出了基于乡村特征的碳平衡分析方法,包括碳源碳汇识别、量化分析和碳中和评估。结果表明,案例乡村碳排放以能源活动为主,碳汇以林地为主,碳中和系数达到1.1,呈现负碳效应。在此基础上,提出系统性的净零碳乡村转型协同发展策略,为双碳背景下的乡村振兴和绿色发展提供参考。Green and low-carbon sustainable development in rural areas is important for achieving the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goal.Compared with cities,villages carbon emissions are at low level,with high carbon sinkpotential,but thestatistical basis of rural carbon accounting is poor.In addition,the approach of net-zero carbon analysis is still lack of consensus,whichis the bottleneck toachievegreen and low carbon coordinated development toward carbon neutralityfor villages.Taking a village in ZheJiang province as an example,this study puts forward a carbon balance analysis method at village scale according to the characteristics of local,includingcarbon sources and sinksidentify;quantify and analysis,carbon neutrality assessment.The results showed that the rural carbon emission was mainly from energy activities,and the carbon sink mainly from forest land,with a carbon neutralization coefficient of 1.1,showing a negative carbon effect.On this basis,it puts forward the systematic net zero carbon rural development strategy,which can provide a reference for other similar villages to achieve sustainable development in a green low carbon way.
