摘 要:电力系统面向大范围互联、多电源接入发展直接导致了继电保护整定模式发生改变,给过电流保护定值优化带来了新的挑战。提出了针对多源电网和互联电网的过电流保护整定校核方案。首先分析了传统过电流保护的模型和原理,然后针对时间定值倍数连续和离散变量的问题,提出了基于多目标粒子群算法和模糊决策的多目标优化模型,优化互联系统的主保护和后备保护的动作时间间隔,同时考虑了不同电流时间特性曲线对于优化结果的影响。利用IEEE 8节点系统对所提模型进行了算例分析,验证了所提方法的正确性。The development of power systems for large-scale interconnection and multi-power access has directly led to changes in the relay protection setting mode, which brings new challenges to the optimization of overcurrent protection settings. An overcurrent protection setting scheme for multi-source grids and interconnected grids is proposed. Firstly, the model and principle of traditional overcurrent protection are analyzed. Then, multi-objective optimization model based on multi-objective particle swarm optimization and fuzzy decision-making is proposed to optimize the primary protection and backup of interconnected systems. The minimization of time interval of the protection is the main objective, taking into account the influence of different current time characteristic curves on the optimization results. Finally, the IEEE 8 node system is used to simulate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
