摘  要:为了进一步降低社会交通事故伤亡率,C-NCAP引入了移动式渐进可变形碰撞测试工况(MPDB),用以评估车辆碰撞兼容性。主要是针对MPDB工况与车对车碰撞事故的相关性问题及车身碰撞兼容性优化方法进行研究。选取某SUV车型作为“基准车”。选取另一辆车作为“子弹车”,基于压溃理论对其进行MPDB工况仿真分析及优化,得到三种碰撞兼容性评分状态下的“子弹车”,与“基准车”进行车对车碰撞仿真,对比发现MPDB工况与实车对撞(Car to Car)工况下车辆碰撞兼容性表现具有较强的相关性。In order to further reduce the overall traffic accident casualty rate,the mobile progressive deformable crash test condition is introduced in CNCAP to evaluate vehicle collision compatibility.This paper mainly focuses on the correlation between MPDB working conditions and vehicle-to-vehicle collision accidents and the optimization method of vehicle body collision compatibility.Firstly,an SUV was selected as the"reference vehicle".Another vehicle was selected as the"bullet car".Based on the crushing theory,the MPDB working condition simulation analysis and optimization were carried out,and the"bullet vehicle"in three collision compatibility rating States was obtained.The vehicle-to-vehicle collision test was carried out with the"reference vehicle".It is found that the compatibility performance of the reference vehicle under MPDB condition and car-to-car condition has a strong correlation.
