摘  要:提出一种基于分布式模型预测控制的燃煤电站-碳捕集系统优化控制方法。基于动态矩阵控制原理为燃煤电站和碳捕集系统分别设计了局部预测控制器。最后,在660 MW超临界燃煤机组耦合单乙醇胺化学吸收碳捕集系统模型上,对所提控制方法进行仿真。结果表明:分布式预测控制方法在较高的计算效率下实现了电碳两侧控制效果的全局优化,控制效果明显优于常规分散式预测控制。An optimal control method for CO_(2)capture system in coal-fired power plant based on distributed predictive control was proposed.Based on the dynamic matrix control principle,local predictive controllers were designed for the coal-fired power plant and the CO_(2)capture system respectively.Finally,the proposed control method was simulated and tested on a 660 MW supercritical coal-fired power plant coupled with a monoethanolamine based carbon capture system.Results show that the distributed predictive control method achieves global optimal control effect on both sides of electric and carbon with high computational efficiency,and the control effect is significantly better than the conventional decentralized predictive control method.
