摘  要:根据高职院校生源多元化、个体差异的现状,通过学情分析,重组课程教学内容,将信息化技术融入到教学环节中,建设食品加工兴趣小组,为优秀学生提供技能提升平台,制定差异化教学评价体系,探索信息化背景下高职食品差异化教学策略。According to the current situation of diversified students and large individual differences in higher vocational colleges, through the analysis of learning conditions, reorganizing the teaching content, integrating information technology into the teaching process, setting up interest groups in food processing to provide a platform for excellent students to upgrade their skills, formulate the differential teaching evaluation system and explore the differential teaching strategy of higher vocational education under the information background.
