摘  要:为了进一步提高自动化水平和产品质量,结合九江萍钢3500 mm中厚板生产线快速冷却装备的技术特点,有针对性地开发了新一代在线冷却控制系统,同时对原有控制系统进行了升级改造。新系统经过在线调试和生产应用,表明在温度控制精度、均匀性等方面相较原系统有较大提升,对板型改善效果明显,能够满足中厚板生产工艺和产品质量的技术要求。In order to further improve the automation level and product quality,combined with the technical characteristics of the rapid cooling system in Jiujiang Pinggang 3500 mm medium and heavy plate production line,a new generation of online cooling control system is specifically developed,and the original control system is upgraded simultaneously.After online commissioning and production application,the improvement in temperature control accuracy and uniformity of the new system is proven to be greater than that of the original system,and the plate shape is significantly improved as well,which can meet the technical requirements of medium and heavy plate production process and product quality.
