摘  要:目的探讨超薄液基细胞学技术(liquid-based cytology test,LCT)在甲状腺结节制片中的应用价值。方法回顾性收集2019-08—2020-07惠州市第一人民医院150例患者的甲状腺结节细针穿刺液基细胞学病理切片,共150张。根据实验制片方法不同分为以下两组:实验组(先用细胞保存液处理后制片)和对照组(正常制片),每组各75例,运用安必平公司的LBP system液基细胞沉降式自动制片染色系统制片及染色,资深病理医师对制片及巴氏染色质量进行分析及评价。结果实验组标本采用细胞保存液处理后提取细胞,再用液基细胞学技术进行制片,实验组制片优良率优于对照组,两组制片效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超薄液基细胞学技术在甲状腺细针穿刺细胞学制片中应用,通过梯度离心以及细胞提纯等方法前期处理,有利于提高甲状腺结节细针穿刺标本的制片质量,有助于鉴别甲状腺结节的良恶性,为甲状腺癌的早期诊断提供科学依据,具有较高的临床病理应用价值。Objective To explore the application of liquid-based cytology(LCT)test in cytological preparation of thyroid nodules.Method A total of 150 wax blocks from patients who received fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC)from August 2018 to July 2019,were retrospectively collected.The 150 specimens were divided into two groups with different staining condition:experimental group(with cell preservation solution treatment before production)and control group(normal production),75 cases in each group.All specimens with FNAC used LBP system liquid based cell sedimentation and automatic staining system to make slices.The Pap staining result of the cytology was analyzed and evaluated by senior pathologists.Result The staining result of experimental group combined with LCT was better by extracting cell after treatment than that of the control group,which showed a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion LCT application in thyroid nodule FNAC preparation by gradient centrifugation and cell purification is conducive to improving the quality of the fine needle biopsy specimens and helps to identify the benign and malignant thyroid nodules,which will provide a scientific basis for the early diagnosis of thyroid cancer,and it has high value in clinical application.
