摘　　要：随着各种精准放疗技术的出现,胰腺癌放疗在放疗技术和剂量模式方面不断发展和更新。放疗在胰腺癌治疗中的疗效不仅体现在提高生活质量和提高局部控制率上,而且显著延长了病人的生存时间。本文就近年来胰腺癌放疗的文献报道,围绕着关于放疗设备技术、剂量模式、照射范围等的研究进展进行深入分析与评述,并针对放疗在胰腺癌各分期的疗效结果,提出思考。方便专业人员了解相关进展,为临床实践和科学研究提供帮助。With the emergence of various precision radiotherapy technologies,radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer has been continuously developed and updated in terms of radiotherapy technology and dose modes.The curative effect of radiotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer is not only reflected in improving the quality of life and local control rate,but also significantly prolongs the survival time of patients.This paper reviewed the literature reports on radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer in recent years,analyzed in depth the problems about radiotherapy equipment technology,dose mode and irradiation range,and put forward some thoughts on the results of radiotherapy in different stage of pancreatic cancer.It was convenient for professionals to understand relevant progress and provided help for clinical practice and scientific research.
