摘 要:目的探讨可视化血液疾病临床病案库的建设及其在内科学实践教学中的应用价值。方法选择2021年4—7月在四川大学华西医院血液内科见习的临床五年制医学生40人作为研究对象。将研究对象随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20人。对照组采用传统教学手段,试验组采用可视化病案进行模拟教学。比较两组教学效果及满意度。结果试验组学生病案分析考试成绩为(85.65±6.89)分,对照组为(79.75±7.37)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生在教学理念(85%vs 50%)、提升学习兴趣(80%vs 45%)、提升主动学习能力(85%vs 50%)、提升临床思维能力(80%vs 50%)、拓宽临床视野(85%vs 55%)等方面的认同度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过建设创新性的可视化血液疾病临床病案库,将抽象的理论知识融入具体、形象、立体的临床病案中进行模拟实践教学,可以激发学生学习的主动性,提高其学习兴趣,深化其对知识的理解,以及培养学生的形象思维和创新性思维,拓宽其临床知识面和思维水平,有利于对临床医师的全面培养。Objective To explore the application effect of visualized hematological disease database in the practice teaching of Internal Medicine.Methods 40 medical students from the 5-year clinical program who practiced in the Department of Hematology,West China Hospital,Sichuan University from April to July 2021 were chosen as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 20 students in each.The control group received traditional teaching,while the experiment group received visualized cases-based simulation teaching.The teaching effects and satisfaction level of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of case analysis exam,students in the experimental group acquired higher score(85.65±6.89)than the control group(79.75±7.37),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that students of the experimental group had higher degree of recognition than the control group in the aspects of teaching concept(85%vs 50%),improving learning interest(80%vs 45%),improving active learning ability(85%vs 50%),promoting clinical thinking ability(80%vs 50%)as well as broadening clinical view(85%vs 55%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Incorporating theoretical knowledge into concrete,visible and three-dimensional clinical cases via the construction of visualized hematological disease database can stimulate students initiative in learning,improve students interest in learning,deepen students understanding of knowledge,cultivate students imaginal thinking and innovative thinking,broaden students clinical knowledge and thinking level,and help the all-round cultivation of clinical doctors.
