摘  要:目的探讨BOPPPS教学模式联合3D胸腔镜培训在胸外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法纳入2020年3月—2021年3月在西安交通大学第一附属医院胸外科实习的临床医学五年制学生共128人为研究对象,随机分为BOPPPS教学+3D胸腔镜组(试验组)和传统教学+2D胸腔镜组(对照组),每组64人;教学培训3周后,每人完成2份大病历,并行技能考核和教学问卷调查,统计其考核成绩及问卷结果。结果试验组考核总分为(82.0±3.4),高于对照组的(74.0±2.2)分,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);试验组在影像读片、外科技能考试得分均高于对照组(P=0.001),但试验组病历书写评分为(14.0±2.9),对照组为(14.0±3.1),差异无统计学意义(P=0.732)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组有93.7%的学生认为BOPPPS+3D胸腔镜教学培训可“提高学习主观能动性”,87.5%的学生认为能“加深理论知识的理解记忆”,而对照组中分别有75.0%和68.7%的学生认为传统教学+2D胸腔镜教学培训也有此作用,试验组认可率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(分别为P=0.003和P=0.010)。试验组48.4%的学生认为BOPPPS+3D胸腔镜教学培训“课堂时间充足”,70.3%的学生认为“学习压力大”,而对照组中分别有78.1%和51.5%的学生认为传统教学+2D胸腔镜教学培训也有此作用,对照组比率高于试验组,差异具有统计学意义(分别为P=0.001和P=0.030)。在“学习目标明确”、“学习重点难点突出”和“提高临床分析能力”方面,两组之间的差异无统计学意义(分别为P=0.552、P=0.516和P=0.057)。结论BOPPPS教学模式联合3D胸腔镜培训能激发学生的学习热情,提高教学效率,也能帮助教师改进教学过程,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of BOPPPS teaching mode combined with 3D video-assisted thoracic training in clinical teaching of thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 128 students from the major of 5-year clinical medicine who practiced in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi an Jiaotong University from March 2020 to March 2021were selected as the objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with BOPPPS teaching mode and 3D video-assisted thoracic surgery used in the experimental group,traditional and 2D video-assisted thoracic surgery adopted in the control group,and 64 students in each group.After 3 weeks of training,each students completed 2 medical records.Skills exam and questionnaire survey of teaching were made,and students performance and result of the question-naire survey were analyzed.Results The total score of the experimental group was(82.0±3.4),higher than that of the control group(74.0±2.2),and their difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Scores of image reading and skills of the experimental group was higher than those of the control group(P=0.001),but the scores of writing medical records of the experimental group and the control group were(14.0±2.9)and(14.0±3.1)respectively,with no statistical and significant difference(P=0.732).Results of the teaching questionnaire survey showed that 93.7%of the students in the experimental group thought that BOPPPS and 3D video-assisted thoracic surgery training could improve the subjective initiative of learning and 87.5%of the students thought that it could deepen the understanding and memory of theoretical knowledge,while 75.0%and 68.7%of the students in the control group thought that traditional teaching and 2D video-assisted thoracic surgery training had the same effect,with the rate in the experimental group higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003 and P=0.010,respectively).In the experimental group,48.4%of the studen
