摘　　要：本文以中国企业家调查系统课题组自1993年到2022年的问卷追踪调查内容和主要发现为基础,以近30年的经济社会变迁和企业发展为背景,从企业家队伍的成长历程、企业发展面临的挑战与企业家引领企业高质量发展3个方面,回顾总结了中国企业家队伍的成长轨迹与历史阶段,分析了其中影响因素及变化规律、取得的进步和存在的问题,提出了以不断丰富升华的企业家精神引领企业高质量发展的政策建议。Based on the survey and main findings of the research group of China Entrepreneur Survey System(CESS),this paper summarizes the growth trajectory and historical stages of Chinese entrepreneurs with the background of China’s economic and social changes and enterprise development in 30 years.This paper focuses three aspects of entrepreneur growth:the growth process,the challenges,and the high-quality development.This paper investigates its influencing factors and changing patterns,achievements and existing problems.The study provides policy suggestions such that only constantly enriching entrepreneurship can lead enterprises into high-quality development.
