摘 要:目的:探讨超声波提取法提取川芎中阿魏酸的最佳工艺条件。方法:选定料液比、提取温度、提取时间以及超声波频率4个因素,通过单因素考察和正交试验探索最佳川芎中阿魏酸提取工艺条件。结果:确定川芎中阿魏酸的最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1:5、提取温度40℃、提取时间30 min、超声波频率30 kHz。川芎中阿魏酸得率3.31%,高于传统提取方法。结论:超声波提取法较传统中性热水提取,水煎法,回流提取,超临界CO_(2),浸渍法得率高、损失小。Objective:To investigate the optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction of ferulic acid from Ligusticum Chuanxiong.Methods:Four factors including solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and ultrasonic frequency were selected to explore the optimal extraction conditions of ligustrate ferulic acid by single factor investigation and orthogonal test.Results:The optimal extraction conditions of ferulic acid in Ligusticum Chuanxiong were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1:5,extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 30 min,ultrasonic frequency 30 kHz.The yield of ferulic acid in Ligusticum Chuanxiong was 3.31%,which was higher than the traditional extraction method.Conclusion Ultrasonic extraction method has higher yield and less loss than traditional neutral hot water extraction method,water decocting method,reflux extraction method,supercritical CO2 and impregnation method.
