摘  要:为评估WR菌株对番茄灰霉病的生防潜力,测定了WR对番茄灰霉病菌的离体和活体活性。平板对峙培养和发酵液带毒培养试验表明,WR对番茄灰霉菌落生长的拮抗率达98.2%,WR发酵上清液的30倍稀释液对灰霉菌落生长的抑制率达94.5%。喷施带菌发酵液及其50倍稀释液,对采后番茄果实灰霉病发生的保护作用和治疗作用均达100%,果面光洁;而对照果实上灰霉菌生长旺盛,菌落平均直径1.10~1.13 cm,病害周围果实软化,碰触有臭味汁液流出。WR发酵上清液经11种不同性质的树脂吸附后的残液抑菌活性在2.2%~70.7%,表明发酵液抑菌活性成分丰富,D201和001×7均可作为活性成分富集树脂。经16S rDNA核苷酸序列鉴定,WR为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),具有防治番茄灰霉病的潜力。In order to evaluate the biocontrol potential of WR strain on grey mold of tomato,in vitro and in vivo activities of WR against Botrytis cinerea were determined.The antagonistic rate of WR against B.cinerea was 98.2%by dual culture assays,and the inhibitory rate of 30 times diluent of fermentation supernatant was 94.5%by mycelium growth rate method.In vivo experiments showed that the protective and therapeutic effects of WR fermentation broth and its 50-fold diluent on postharvest tomato fruit gray mold reached 100%,and the fruit surface was clean.However,B.cinerea on the control fruit grew robustly,with the average colony diameter 1.10-1.13 cm,and the fruit softened around the symptoms and smelly juice outflowed when touched.The inhibitory activities of WR fermentation supernatant adsorbed by 11 resins with different properties ranged from 2.2%to 70.7%,indicating the active ingredients in fermentation broth were abundant,and D201 or 001×7 could be used as active substance enrichment resin.According to 16S rDNA nucleotide sequence,WR was identified as Bacillus subtilis,which had excellent biocontrol potential.
