摘　　要：青少年体育健康促进是一个社会行动系统,发挥良性运行的前提是要明确系统内部各部分作用之间的关系。基于结构功能主义理论认为,江苏省青少年体育健康促进联动机制由社会、学校、家庭以及青少年几个部分构成,各部分资源的良性整合利用和持续运行需要构建“信息平台+优势互补”的资源共享机制、“政策监管+利益整合”的赋能驱动机制、“责权明确+放管服督”的三全协同机制以及“媒体融合+品牌引领”的价值统一机制(保障机制),共同维护这一社会系统的良性运行。Youth sports health promotion is a social action system, and the premise to play a positive role is to clarify the role and relationship between various parts of the system. Based on the structural-functionalism theory, the linkage mechanism for the promotion of youth sports health in Jiangsu Province is composed of several parts, including society, schools, families and teenagers. The benign integration and utilization of resources in each part and the sustainable operation of resources need to build a resource sharing mechanism of "information platform+complementary advantages", an enabling driving mechanism of "policy supervision+benefit integration" The three-pronged coordination mechanism of "clear responsibilities and powers+decentralization and supervision" and the value unification mechanism(guarantee mechanism) of "media integration+brand leadership" jointly maintain the healthy operation of this social system.
