福建人工影响天气业务培训教学体系建设思考

摘　　要：结合福建省人工影响天气高质量发展的需求,福建省气象宣传科普教育中心大力提升人工影响天气培训业务的现代化水平,充分利用网络多媒体资源对人工影响天气培训工作进行统筹部署,科学规划。根据岗位职责和业务流程,设置了人工影响天气监测、指挥、作业、安全管理、科研成果应用5个模块化教学课程;根据培训工作效率化导向,结合教师学员实际需求,构建了平台培训、视频资源学习、网络视频教学、面授培训、人工影响天气作业人员现场培训5种混合式教学模式。In combination with the demand for high-quality development of artificial weather in Fujian Province, Fujian Meteorological Bureau vigorously improve the Modernization Level of weather modification training, and the courses, make full use of network & multimedia resources, are overall deployed and scientific planned.Five modular teaching courses of weather monito ring,command,operation,safety management and application of scientific research achievements, in weather modification, are set up. Five blending teaching modes:platform training, video resource learning, online video teaching, face-to-face training and operation training, according to the efficiency orientation of training work and in combination with the actual needs of teachers and students,are built.
