摘 要:本文运用文献资料等方法,对气功八段锦健身效果的文献进行整理,旨在使更多的人能够通过传统的保健方法预防、缓解和治疗疾病。研究认为,老年人可以通过练习八段锦提高身体素质,改善身体机能,调整心理状态,延缓衰老。促进老年人的全面身心健康,进一步提高老年人的生活质量[1]。Through literature review, this paper does a research on the fitness effect of fitness qigong baduanjin, aiming at letting more people get benefit of protection, relief and treatment through this traditional fitness method. The study result indicates that, senior citizens can improve their physical quality and physical performance, adjust their psychological status and delay aging through practicing baduanjin.Baduanjin can promote the comprehensive physical and mental health of senior citizens and improve their life quality.
