摘  要:剪切工序是小批量、多品种生产铜带企业的生产瓶颈,存在换刀次数和成材率的矛盾。为此,以TP2铜带卷材为研究对象,建立多目标自适应修正排产模型,对输入的订单、利用率、工作量和工时要求采用改进的、基于优种保留的小生境遗传算法来修正并进行下料优化,生成合适的排产方案组。实验结果表明:改进的基于优种保留的小生境遗传算法与遗传模拟退火混合算法、DNA计算算法相比,其得到的排产方案更优、算法用时更短,给予工人选择的空间更加贴合实际。对解决同行业在下料效率与成本方面所面临的问题具有借鉴意义。The shearing process is the production bottleneck faced by copper strip production enterprises in small batches and multiple varieties,and there is a contradiction between the number of tool changes and productivity yield.Therefore,for TP2 coopper strip coiled material,a multi-objective adaptive modified production scheduling model was established,and the input order,utilization rate,workload and working hours were modified by the improved niche genetic algorithm based on superior species reservation.Furthermore,the blanking was optimized,and the suitable scheduling plan group was generated.The experimental results show that compared with the genetically simulated annealing mixed algorithm and DNA calculation algorithm,the improved niche genetic algorithm based on superior species reservation has a better scheduling scheme,a shorter algorithm time,and a more realistic space for workers to choose that is more close to reality,which is of referential significance to solve the problems faced by the same industry in blanking efficiency and cost.
