衡水市校园足球后备人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：校园足球战略以及体教融合理念的交融,对衡水市校园足球后备人才培养提出了新的挑战。该文对衡水市校园足球后备人才培养模式进行研究分析,发现当前衡水市校园足球后备人才培养存在的主要问题有学校重视程度不足、师资方面的保障力度不够、家长对子女参与足球认识的偏差、学校的场地器材有待改善。因此,需要提高衡水市学校领导的重视程度,以及各级部门相关领导的重视程度;加强校园足球师资队伍建设;转变家长传统思想观念,提高家长对足球运动的认识和理解等,从而进一步改善衡水市校园足球后备人才培养方式。The integration of the school football strategy and the concept of sports-education integration has put forward new challenges for the training of school football reserve talents in Hengshui.This paper studies and analyzes the training mode of school football reserve talents in Hengshui,and finds that,at present,the main problems existing in the training of school football reserve talents in Hengshui include insufficient school attention,insufficient guarantee of teachers,deviation of parents’ understanding of children’s participation in football,and the need to improve the school field equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the attention of school leaders in Hengshui and relevant leaders at all levels;Strengthen the construction of football teachers on campus;Change parents’ traditional ideas,improve parents’ awareness and understanding of football,etc,so as to further improve the training mode of football reserve talents in Hengshui campus.
