摘　　要：质量意识是指一个企业从领导层到每一位员工对质量和质量工作认识与理解的程度。质量意识的提升对一个企业整体质量水平起到至关重要的作用,质量意识教育是提升员工质量意识的有效手段。如何将质量意识教育这项工作做好做透,每个企业都在探索合适自己的新路径。本文探索了质量意识教育体系化开展的方法,通过对方法的应用实践,验证了方法的有效性。Quality consciousness refers to an enterprise from the leadership to every employee of quality and quality work knowledge and understanding degree.The improvement of quality consciousness plays a vital role in the overall quality level of an enterprise.Quality awareness education is an effective means to improve employees'quality awareness.How to do a good job in quality awareness education is a problem that every enterprise is exploring.This paper explores the method of systematic development of quality awareness education,and verifies the effectiveness of the method through the application practice of the method.
