摘 要:梁柱节点对装配式钢结构整体性能影响很大。为研究装配式钢结构梁柱节点在冲击载荷下的性能,用Q345钢制备A、B、C、D4种梁柱节点样本,进行不同等级冲击载荷试验。用Abaqus有限元软件建立梁柱节点的有限元模型,通过梁柱节点屈服准则确定本构模型,模拟其在冲击载荷下的性能。结果表明:随循环加载次数增加,样本A、C的强度退化系数均小于0.5,峰值载荷分别为166.75、165.95 kN,极限载荷分别为176.5、177.2 kN,屈服位移分别为40.8、41.2 mm。样本B、D的强度退化系数最高为0.85、0.87,峰值载荷和极限载荷低于样本A、C,极限载荷下样本A的应力分布最均匀,端板厚度对梁柱节点的影响较大。Beam column joint have a great influence on the overall performance of fabricated steel structures. In order to study the performance of fabricated steel structure beam-column joints under impact load,the specimens of beam column joints A,B,C and D made of Q345 steel were tested with impact loads of different grades. The finite element model of beam column joints was established by Abaqus finite element software. The constitutive model was determined by the yield criterion of beam column joints,and the performance of fabricated steel beam column joints under impact load was analyzed. The results show that,with increase of cyclic loading times,the strength degradation coefficients of samples A and C are less than 0.5,with the peak load of166.75 kN and 165.95 kN respectively,the failure load reaching 176.5 kN and 177.2 kN respectively,and the yield displacement being 40.8 mm and 41.2 mm respectively. The maximum strength degradation coefficients of samples B and D reach 0.85 and 0.87,the peak load and failure load are lower than that of samples A and C,and the stress distribution of sample A under ultimate load is the most uniform,which indicates that the thickness of end plate has a great impact on beam column joints.
