摘　　要：为减少人为操作因素、降低检测人员劳动强度、提升检测效率,本文研制了一款面包片烘烤器产品耐久性试验装置。该装置依据GB 4706.14-2008《家用和类似用途电器的安全烤架、面包片烘烤器及类似用途便携式烹饪器具的特殊要求》规定的检测方法及检测要求开发而成,采用PLC控制技术及PID控制算法,将红外线测温系统、强制冷却降温系统、自动试验控制系统、数据监测系统、数据记录系统等有效结合,实现了面包片烘烤器产品耐久性试验的自动检测。In order to reduce the human operation factors,reduce the labor intensity of inspectors and improve the detection efficiency,this paper developed a bread toaster product durability test device.The device is developed according to the detection methods and detection requirements specified in GB 4706.14-2008 Special Requirements for Safety Grills,Bread Bakers and Portable Cooking Appliances for Household and Similar Applications.Using PLC control technology and PID control algorithm,it effectively combines infrared temperature measurement system,forced cooling system,automatic test control system,data monitoring system,data recording system,etc.The automatic detection of bread toaster product durability test is realized.
