摘　　要：患者,男,54岁。脐部肿块3天。1年前确诊胃癌并行胃大部切除术-空肠吻合术。脐部肿物组织病理示:浸润性或转移性低分化腺癌,部分为印戒细胞癌。结合病史及免疫组化,符合胃来源。诊断为Sister Mary Joseph结节,给予手术切除。A 54-year-old male presented with a mass on the navel for 3 days.The patient was diagnosed with gastric cancer one year ago and underwent subtotal gastrectomy-jejunostomy.Pathological showed invasive or poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma,partly signet ring cell carcinoma.By combining the pathological analysis,the immunohistochemistry results and the medical history of the patient,we could draw a conclusion that the umbilical nodule spread from the stomach.The diagnosis of Sister Mary Joseph nodule was made.The umbilical mass was resected by surgery.
