摘 要:引导骨再生(guided bone regeneration,GBR)是临床上治疗严重牙周组织缺损的主要方法,目前常用的GBR膜存在机械性能差、降解速率不稳定、成骨活性差等问题。碳是生命的基本元素之一,碳纳米材料具有高比表面积、高机械强度、低细胞毒性及良好的成骨活性等特性。近年来,包括碳纳米管、石墨烯在内的碳纳米材料开始用于制备GBR膜以改善其性能,更好地促进牙周组织再生。文章重点介绍基于碳纳米管、石墨烯的碳纳米材料在GBR膜中的应用,并对其生物相容性进行总结,以期对GBR膜的研究提供帮助。Guided bone regeneration(GBR) is the main method in the clinical treatment of severe periodontal tissue defects. Currently,the commonly used GBR membranes have some problems such as low mechanical strength,unstable degradation rate and poor osteogenic activity. Carbon is one of the basic elements of life. Carbon nanomaterials have high specific surface area,excellent mechanical properties,low cytotoxicity and good osteogenic activity. In recent years,carbon nanomaterials including carbon nanotubes and graphene have been used to produce GBR membranes to improve their properties and promote periodontal tissue regeneration. This paper mainly introduces the application of carbon nanomaterials based on carbon nanotubes and graphene in GBR membranes,and summarizes their biocompatibility,aiming to provide help for the research of GBR membranes.
