慢性肉芽肿病脐血干细胞移植治疗中伴发白癜风1例

摘　　要：患儿男,7岁,躯干散在白斑4年,泛发全身1年。皮肤科情况:头面、躯干、四肢可见弥漫性、对称分布的、大小不等的色素脱失岛,皮损边界清楚。实验室检查:血常规、肝肾功能、甲功正常。皮肤CT示:皮损黑色素损伤严重,部分皮损处黑色素完全缺失,黑色素环的密度和亮度呈不同程度的减少。Wood灯示:皮损边界清,呈瓷白色。诊断:白癜风。A 7-year-old male presented with white spots scattered on the torso for four years and generalized for one year. Dermatological examination revealed symmetrically distributed islands of different sizes of depigmentation on the head, trunk and limbs, with clear boundaries of lesions. Laboratory tests showed normal blood routine, liver and kidney function and thyroid function. Skin CT showed the melanin damage was serious and melanin was completely absent in some skin lesions, and the density and brightness of melanin ring were decreased to varying degrees. Wood light showed the skin was clear and porcelain white.The diagnosis of vitiligo was made.
