摘  要:为研究大跨度斜拉桥斜拉索断裂对内置钢锚箱式索梁锚固结构局部受力特性的影响,对斜拉索断裂情况下索梁锚固结构应力进行计算并展开参数分析。以某大跨度双塔双索面钢-混组合梁斜拉桥为背景,采用MIDAS Civil及Abaqus软件分别建立全桥有限元模型及钢锚箱局部有限元模型,研究了运营及断索工况下钢锚箱局部构件的受力,并对运营工况下钢锚箱各板件厚度进行了参数优化分析。结果表明:钢锚箱应力较大位置集中在各板件焊接处;中索断裂工况对钢锚箱的应力影响较大,断索位置附近的锚固区应力增幅最大达21.36%;对于钢-混组合梁斜拉桥,箱梁顶板厚度的变化对内置式钢锚箱各板件受力的影响很小,改变承压板与预埋套筒厚度对钢锚箱整体结构受力的优化效果明显。This study focuses on the influence of stay cable fracture on the local load bearing behavior of the embedded steel anchor boxes that connect the stay cables and the main girder. The stresses in cable-to-girder anchorages where there exists a broken stay cable are calculated and parametric analysis are conducted. Based on an existing long-span steel-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge(with two pylons and double cable planes),an overall finite element model of cable-stayed bridge was developed in MIDAS Civil and a local model of the steel anchor box was developed in Abaqus, to study the load bearing behavior of the local components of the steel anchor box at normal service stage and the stage with fractured stay cable, respectively. The thicknesses of constituent plates of the steel anchor box under normal service condition were parametrically optimized. It is shown that higher stresses mainly concentrate in the welds of each constituent plate. When the central stay cable is broken, the stresses in the components of steel anchor box will violently fluctuate. The stresses in the anchorage zone near the broken stay cable can get a maximum increase of 21.36%. For the steel-concrete composite girder bridge, the thickness of the box girder top plate shows minimal influence on the load bearing performance of constituent plates of embedded steel anchor box. To change the thicknesses of load bearing plates and embedded sockets can significantly optimize the global load bearing capacity of the steel anchor box.
