摘 要:借鉴高速磁浮交通长定子直线同步电机驱动技术,文章提出了一种“轮轨+永磁”或“轮轨+超导磁体”的轮轨新概念转向架,其主要特征是将传统轮轨车辆的车载驱动系统转移至轨道,可在保持轮轨支撑导向和运输能力的同时,实现车辆的大幅度减重。基于新概念转向架的总体方案和技术特点,以地铁车辆应用为例,对比B型地铁车概述了其减重和牵引节能效果,并通过动力学性能分析和轮轨磨耗计算,对方案可行性和减磨效果进行了论证。High speed maglev is propelled by long stator linear synchronous motor (LSM).Following this idea,a new concept of wheel/rail bogie with “wheel/rail + permanent magnet” or “wheel/rail + superconducting magnet” is put forward in this paper.Its main feature is that,the on-board propulsion system of the traditional wheel-rail vehicle is moved to the track system,which can drastically reduce the vehicle weight while maintaining the function of wheel-rail support and guidance and its transport capability.Based on the overall scheme and technical features of the new concept bogie,taking the metro vehicle application as an example,the weight reduction and traction energy saving effects are summarized by comparing with the type B metro vehicle.The feasibility and wear reduction effect of the scheme are demonstrated through dynamic performance analysis and wheel rail wear calculation.
