摘 要:客货混运的铁路线路运行着具有不同车轮型面的动车组、机车、货运列车和普通客运列车,从而形成复杂的轮轨匹配关系。为研究不同车轮型面(LM、JM3、LMA、LMB10)与钢轨型面(60和60N)的静态匹配关系,分别从轮轨接触几何参数和轮轨静态接触力学特征两方面进行分析对比。计算结果表明:与60轨相比较,60N轨与LM、JM3、LMA车轮型面匹配时,接触光带更居中,接触点在钢轨横向分布范围较窄;接触应力略大;滚动圆半径差与接触角差均较小,具有更好的车辆运行稳定性;曲线通过能力有所降低。LMB10车轮型面与两种不同钢轨匹配时的轮轨静态接触特征相差不大。The railway line of mixed transportation of passenger and freight has EMUs,locomotives,freight trains and ordinary passenger trains with different wheel profiles,which lead to more complex wheel-rail matching relationship on the line.To study the static matching relationship between different wheel profiles (LM,JM3,LMA,LMB10) and rail profiles (60 and 60N),the wheel-rail contact geometry parameters and mechanical characteristics of wheel-rail static contact are analyzed and compared.The calculation results show that compared with the 60 rail profile,the 60N rail profile has the following characteristics while matching with the LM,JM3 and LMA wheel profiles:the contact band is more centered on the rail crown and the contact point has a narrow transverse distribution range in the rail;the contact stress is slightly larger;the rolling radius difference and the contact angle difference are smaller,which is better for the vehicle running stability;the curving performance is reduced.The static contact characteristics between the LMB10 wheel profile and two different rails are similar.
