摘　　要：健康扶贫作为精准脱贫的重要组成部分,仍是中国现阶段巩固脱贫攻坚成果的重点工作。尽管我国已完成了消除绝对贫困的艰巨任务,但由于贫困是动态变化的,当前已经摆脱贫困的人群将有可能返贫,进而再次陷入贫困。文章基于协同治理视角,从主体协同、目标协同、制度协同三个方面着手,构建我国健康扶贫的治理框架,进而梳理我国健康扶贫取得的成效与经验,总结已有健康扶贫机制存在的不足,并针对后扶贫时代健康贫困治理问题提出相应的政策建议。As an important part of poverty eradication,poverty alleviation via healthcare is still a key task to consolidate the achievements of poverty eradication in China for the next stage.Although China has completed the arduous task of eliminating absolute poverty,because poverty is multidimensional and dynamic,people who have escaped from poverty may return to poverty and then fall into poverty again in the future.Based on the collaborative governance perspective,three aspects together,this study builds China’s health poverty governance framework from the aspects of the subject,purpose,and system coordination review health poverty reduction results and experience in China,summarizes some problems of the existing mechanism of poverty alleviation via healthcare,and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations for the poverty alleviation via healthcare in the post-poverty alleviation era.
