摘　　要：疼痛是最令肿瘤患者恐惧和难以承受的症状之一,约80%的晚期肿瘤患者伴有疼痛,其中癌性爆发痛的患病率约为59.2%。癌性爆发痛明显影响肿瘤患者的生命质量,包括主观的痛苦感受以及生命质量的下降,尽管目前存在有效的药物制剂,但对癌性爆发痛的临床管理仍不能令人满意。文章综述了国内外癌性爆发痛的管理现状以及影响癌性爆发痛管理的因素。Pain is one of the most frightening and unbearable symptoms in cancer patients,approximately 80%of patients with advanced cancer have pain,and a systematic review shows that the prevalence of breakthrough cancer pain(BTcP)was 59.2%.Breakthrough pain often has a significant negative effect on quality of life of patients,which is related to a direct effect(suffering)and an indirect effect(interference with activities of daily living).Clinical management of BTcP is still not satisfactory despite the availability of various effective pain relief agents.The purpose of this review is to summarize the current situation of the management of BTcP at home and abroad,and to discuss the factors that hinder the management of BTcP.
