摘  要:学科与专业是高校承担育人重任的两大基石,二者相辅相成,联系紧密,其一体化发展将有力推动高校内涵式发展,提升专业人才培养质量。以辽宁中医药大学中西医结合学科-中西医临床医学专业一体化发展为例,探索构建中西医结合学科-专业思政育人一体化、课程建设一体化、团队建设一体化、平台建设一体化、机制保障一体化的“五个一体化”实施路径,并实践检验其对高校内涵式建设的支撑作用和提升人才培养质量的实际成效,为学科-专业一体化协同育人模式推广提供有益借鉴。Postgraduate disciplines and undergraduate programs are two cornerstones based on which colleges and universities perform their functions of education.As they complement each other and are closely linked,their integration is expected to effectively promote the high-quality connotative development of institutions of higher learning and improve the quality of professional talent cultivation.Based on a case study of the coordinated development of the discipline Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine and the program Clinical Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the paper explains the ways to implement“five integrations”,i.e.integration in terms of ideological and political education,of curriculum,of teaching faculty,of educational platform,and of regulations.We then examine the supportive roles of such integrations in the connotation-oriented development of the university and their actual effects on quality improvement in talent training to provide reference for more and better discipline-program integration practices.
