摘  要:为了提高橙皮苷的得率,用球磨机对柑桔皮进行球磨预处理,并用复合酶(果胶酶和纤维素酶)辅助乙醇提取法提取橙皮苷。通过单因素实验和正交实验,考察料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度对柑桔皮中橙皮苷提取率的影响。结果显示,最佳提取条件为:料液比(柑桔皮粉末g∶乙醇用量)=1g∶30m L,乙醇浓度为70%,提取时间为35 min,提取温度为75℃。在此条件下橙皮苷的提取率为6.74%。In order to improve the extraction yield of hesperidin, orange peel was pretreated by ball mill, and hesperidin was extracted by ethanol assisted extraction with complex enzymes, which was the combination of pectinase and cellulase. The effects of the ratio of orange peel powder to ethanol volume, ethanol concentration, extraction time and temperature on the extraction rate of hesperidin from honey orange peel were investigated by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as followed: the ratio of orange peel powder to ethanol dosage was 1:30(g/mL), the concentration of ethanol was 70%, the extraction time was 35 min, and the extraction temperature was 75℃. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of hesperidin was 6.74%.
