摘 要:本文以乙酸乙烯酯为酯化剂,固定乙酸乙烯酯的添加量为4%,在添加三聚磷酸钠的条件下,制备了醋酸酯淀粉。通过单因素实验,确定三聚磷酸钠的最佳添加量为3%,再通过正交实验,确定了添加三聚磷酸用于制备醋酸酯淀粉的最佳工艺条件为:p H=10,反应温度40℃,反应时间40min,三聚磷酸钠的添加量为3%。实验结果表明,在以乙酸乙烯酯为酯化剂制备醋酸酯淀粉的过程中,添加一定量的三聚磷酸钠,可有效提高淀粉的反应效率。In this paper, acetate starch was prepared under the condition of adding sodium tripolyphosphate, vinyl acetate as esterification agent and the vinyl acetate added at 4%. Through the single factor experiment, the optimum addition amount of sodium tripolyphosphate was 3%. The optimum technological conditions for adding tripolyphosphate to prepare acetate starch were obtained as followed: pH=10, reaction temperature was 40℃, reaction time was 40min, the addition amount of sodium tripolyphosphate was 3%. The experiment results proved that adding a certain amount of sodium tripolyphosphate could effectively improve the reaction efficiency of starch in the preparation of starch acetate with vinyl acetate as esterifying agent.
