摘 要:针对传统机械系统难以完成密封环境中的驱动任务,提出了一种非接触式磁力耦合直线驱动装置,分析了不同优化方案的磁力特性.采用等效磁路法分别建立了水平驱动力和法向干扰力的解析模型,通过有限元瞬态仿真和实验测量对理论计算模型的准确性进行验证,应用该解析模型对不同优化方案的磁力特性进行对比分析.结果表明,所建立的解析模型与实验结果的误差较小,采用径向磁化圆柱形永磁体的双轮驱动方案最大驱动力提高近2倍,并消除了法向干扰力,在一定负载工况下可实现高效运行.Aiming at the problem that the traditional mechanical system cannot complete the driving task in a sealed environment, a non-contact magnetic coupling linear drive device was proposed, and the magnetic force characteristics under different optimization schemes were analysed. The equivalent magnetic circuit method was used to establish the analytical models for the horizontal driving force and the normal interference force, respectively. In addition, the accuracy of theoretical calculation model was verified by finite element transient simulation and experimental measurement. Furthermore, the magnetic characteristics of different optimization schemes were compared and analysed by this analytical model. The results show that the error between the established analytical model and the experimental results is very small. The two-wheel-drive scheme with radial magnetized cylindrical permanent magnets can increase the driving force by nearly two times and eliminate the normal interference force, indicating that the magnetically coupled linear drive device can operate efficiently under certain loading conditions.
