摘 要:研究了基于亚麻籽油、豆油、棕榈油相同油度(约52%~55%)植物油改性醇酸树脂的成膜性能。利用过氧化甲乙酮(MEKP)作为固化剂,对醇酸树脂涂膜在空气中的时间、硬度、附着力、光泽度、冲击强度、耐化学性和热性能与未加固化剂的醇酸树脂涂膜进行了研究和比较。结果表明,过氧化甲乙酮对亚麻籽油和豆油改性的醇酸树脂成膜性有一定的改善。通过热重分析探测到亚麻籽油改性醇酸树脂涂膜的分解温度比较高,分解速度慢,耐热性能更好。在差热分析(DSC)的测试中发现棕榈油改性醇酸树脂涂膜的成膜的交联度低,并且有小部分结晶,产生了熔融吸热峰,验证了棕榈油改性醇酸树脂的脆性。The film-formation performance of alkyd resin based on vegetableoils(linseed oil,soybean oil and palm oil)with the same oil content(about 52%~55%)was studied.Alkyd resin film with methyl ethyl ketone peroxide(MEKP)as curing agent and alkyd resin film without curing agent were studied and compared in terms of in-air time,hardness,gloss,impact strength,chemical resistance and thermal properties.The results showed that MEKP improved the film-formation performance of linseed oil and soybean oil modified alkyd resin to some extent.It was detected in the gravitational thermal analysis that the film of linseed oil modified alkyd resin had a high decomposition temperature and low decomposition rate,so it had good thermal resistance.It was found in the differential thermal analysis(DSC)that the film of palm oil modified alkyd resin had a low crosslinking degree and a small part of crystals resulting in a melting endothermic peak,which verified the brittleness of palm oil modified alkyd resin.
