摘 要:采用UPLC法测定亳白芍中芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、没食子酸、儿茶素、丹皮酚6种成分含量,研究水煮时间、去皮、去皮水煮顺序等初加工方法对亳白芍中6种指标性成分含量的影响,利用主成分分析法综合评价白芍初加工方法。结果表明,水煮后白芍中的没食子酸、儿茶素含量增加,在15 min时达到最高值,分别为2.53、3.11 mg/g;丹皮酚含量降低,水煮20 min含量由0.065 mg/g降至0.006 mg/g;芍药内酯苷、芍药苷和苯甲酰芍药苷含量先降低后增加再降低,在15 min时含量最高,分别为14.21、38.33、1.66 mg/g。去皮后没食子酸含量稍有增加,而其他5种成分含量下降。水煮后去皮没食子酸、儿茶素、芍药内酯苷含量高于去皮后水煮,而芍药苷、苯甲酰芍药苷、丹皮酚含量较低。白芍初加工方法为沸水煮15 min取出,冷却,刮去外皮,干燥。The content of paeoniflorin,benzoyl paeoniflorin,albiflorin,gallic acid,catechin,paeonol in Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou was determined by UPLC method,and the effect of initial processing methods such as boiling time,peeling and the order of boiling and peeling on the content of six index components in Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou was studied,and the primary processing methods of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou were comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis.The results showed that the contents of gallic acid and catechin in Radix Paeonia Alba increased after boiling,and reached the highest value 2.53 and 3.11 mg/g after boiling for 15 minutes.The content of paeonol decreased from 0.065 mg/g to 0.006 mg/g at 20 min;and the contents of paeoniflorin,benzoyl paeoniflorin and albiflorin first decreased,then increased and then decreased,the contents were 14.21,38.33,1.66 mg/g at 15 min.After peeling,the content of gallic acid increased slightly,while the content of the other five components decreased.The contents of gallic acid,catechins and albiflorin peeling process after boiling were higher than those boiling process after peeling,while the contents of paeoniflorin,benzoyl paeoniflorin and paeonol were lower.The best primary processing method of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou was boiling water for 15 min,taking it out,cooling,scraping off the skin and drying.
